Our Meat Menus are made from high quality Freeze-Dried ingredients. Vitamins and minerals are thus preserved. The dishes contain neither preservatives nor added flavor enhancers and are free of hydrogenated fats. In addition, the menus have a higher calorie content and are expedition-proof and suitable for the tropics. They are filled in 1.2-liter Tins under vacuum and nitrogen. This guarantees a long-term shelf life of at least 15 years. All Tins are provided with tear-open lids and can be resealed with the corresponding plastic lids.
