Goji Berries have only been known in our latitudes for a few years. They have been highly valued in Asian medicine for thousands of years and are revered as a true miracle of nature. Goji berries thrive in remote high valleys in Central Asia. Due to the great demand, however, they are now also planted in various Chinese provinces. The berries are harvested and processed in autumn. Goji Berries are particularly important for the local population in winter.
