Description of Gourmet Wheat, Pre-Cooked
2-Liter-tin with 1200g gourmet-wheat pre-cooked, vacuumed and sealed under protective atmosphere (INDOSA pro-Vac).
Including plastic lid for easy resealing.
Preparation:
Stir gourmet wheat into boiling water/stock, cook on low heat for 10-13 minutes – stir well.
Gourmet wheat/liquid ratio: 1:3
1 Tin of 1200g results in 20 side dish portions or 10 main meal portions.
