The rectangular potholders with their lining of aramid fibres effectively protect hands and fingers at a contact heat of up to 250 °C. In addition, the robust rough leather surface adds an ideal grip. This allows for safe lifting of hot Dutch Ovens and Fire Skillets from the fireplace and moving them on the grill. The Aramid Potholders are also suitable as heat-resistant surface in order to place hot cookware and are also ideal for use at the home stove.
