Jasmine rice is also called “perfumed rice” because of its special aroma and is known all over the world.
For optimal preparation, rinse the rice with cold water before cooking. It can be prepared without adding salt.
Cooking time: approx. 20 minutes (first boil up at high heat, then finish cooking / simmering only at low heat).
