Vacuum-sealed and sealed under a protective atmosphere (Swiss Can Machinery).
Incl. plastic lid for easy resealing
Like “mince”, but not from the animal, but from the field! Excellent as a 1:1 substitute for minced meat. Bolognese, lasagne, filled dumplings, meatloaf, … there are no limits to your imagination!
For our minced meat, we deliberately avoid soya, ingredients with gluten and any preservatives. And there are no additives contained.
And – because it is dry and contains little fat – it has a very long shelf life.
100g of dry Plant based “Minced Meat” absorb about 2dl of liquid.
Results in 300g per 100g of ground Plant based “Minced Meat”.

Pea protein, bean protein, pumpkin seed flour, sunflower seed flour
for 4 people:
Chop an onion (+garlic if you like) and sauté in a frying pan with a little oil.
Add 50g of Plant Based “Minced Meat” (rehydrated with a little stock or dry) to the onions and fry a little, then deglaze with a sip of red wine (this gives a great colour). Add a total of approx. 100-120ml liquid, e.g. broth.
Season to taste (especially recommended with paprika or dried garlic).
Add tomato sauce, simmer for a few minutes.
Serve with pasta and some Parmesan cheese – done!
