2-liter tin with 1300g of pre-cooked original Spelt-Kernotto (spelt rice).
Vacuum-sealed and sealed under a protective atmosphere (Swiss Can Machinery).
Incl. plastic lid for easy resealing.
Spelt-Kernotto (spelt rice) can be prepared quickly and easily and be used for side dishes, salads or main courses.
Can be served hot or cold. Does not stick! Can be reheated.
Depending on the preparation method, cooking time varies between 14-18 minutes.
Yield: 1300g can = 3900g end product

Sauté the onions in olive oil. Add one unit of Spelt-Kernotto (spelt rice) and deglaze with three units of light broth. Cook gently on low heat. Then remove from heat and refine with butter and cheese to taste.
