2-liter tin with 250g freeze dried strawberries (5-7mm slices/ freshness ratio 1:10).
Vacuumed and sealed under protective atmosphere (Swiss Can Machinery).
Including plastic lid for easy resealing.

As (dessert) supplement in emergency food or for direct consumption:

• as a muesli ingredient
• to refine cakes and tarts
• to enjoy immediately pure as snack or snack in between

Freeze drying preserves most of the nutrients and flavors of the fresh bananas. Freeze drying is considered one of the most gentle preservation methods.
