Very high meat content
Compared to other commercially available canned foods, DosenBistro products have a significantly higher meat content and contain meat of exceptionally good quality.
For example, our 400g packs of DosenBistro “Roast pork in dark beer gravy” contain 200g of meat. This represents 50% meat content in the meal, whereas in comparable products of other manufacturers a maximum content of 40% is achieved. But this exceptionally high meat content is not a coincidence. Rather, it demonstrates in the best way the philosophy of DosenBistro, namely as one of the first companies to preserve high quality food in tins while retaining a delicious authentic taste. That’s DosenBistro.
Freshly made with craftsmanship and traditional cooking
Even today, DosenBistro products are still cooked, prepared and seasoned in a small kitchen in manageable amounts of 96 units per dish, being in complete contrast to industrially produced goods from other manufacturers. This also makes it possible for DosenBistro to cook dishes that do not taste like the proverbial “homogeneous mass”, but as though you have cooked them yourself. In comparison, in industrial production up to 1 million units are produced per “cooking process” which is of course reflected in the ingredients and additives used for this purpose as well as having a detrimental effect on the taste.
