Delivery

New: Reliable indication of delivery time for each product!

Switzerland
From Fr. 50.– value of goods the delivery is free of charge, below that a flat rate of Fr. 9.–
The parcels are delivered by the Swiss Post via Postpac-Priority (A-Post).

Larger order volumes will be delivered after consultation with our forwarding agency.

Germany

Delivered by DHL. Above € 50.– value of goods the delivery is free of charge, under that € 9.– flat rate.
Larger order volumes will be delivered after consultation with our shipping company.

Rest of Europe

Delivered by DHL. Above € 50.– value of goods the delivery is free of charge, under that € 15.– flat rate.
Larger order volumes will be delivered after consultation with our shipping company.

Outside Europe
Shipping costs on request: Contact

For reasons of discretion we deliver all shipments in neutral packaging. By arrangement, the goods can also be collected from our showrooms in CH-8636 Wald or D-78239 Rielasingen.

Payment Options

Prepayment:

The delivery takes place immediately after receipt of payment.

Twint:

Your Twint will be charged when the order is completed.
The goods will be shipped immediately!

Regular customers:

Regular customers, who have already ordered for more than CHF 500 / € 500, we are happy to deliver against invoice.
The goods will be shipped immediately! We ask you to pay the invoice within 10 days. Many thanks!

Credit cards (MasterCard/Visa):

Your credit card will be charged when the order is completed.
The goods will be shipped immediately! (The transaction is encrypted and your data is not stored)

Maestro / PostFinance Card:

Your Maestro / Postfinance Card will be debited when the order is completed.
The goods will be shipped immediately! (The transaction is encrypted and your data is not stored)

IMMEDIATE bank transfer:

Your bank account will be debited immediately after completion of the order.
The goods will be shipped immediately! (The transaction is encrypted and your data is not stored)

PayPal:

Your PayPal account will be charged when the order is completed.
The goods will be shipped immediately! The transaction is encrypted and your data is not stored.

Bitcoin:

The goods will be shipped immediately. The Bitcoin transaction is processed via BitPay.

Cash payment and/or collection on site:

By prior arrangement you can pick up your ordered goods in our showroom in Wald ZH or Rielasingen and pay cash.
