Quinces with cardamom
Anyone who has tried our quinces pickled in apple cider vinegar, with dried lemon peel and cardamom, wants more. More of this almost forgotten fruit that grows everywhere here in our country – in gardens, on public grounds and at the edges of forests. We gather the quinces ourselves in September and October or get some from friends and acquaintances with their own quince trees.
Goes well with: raclette and fondue, salad, rice, vanilla ice cream, etc.
All ingredients are from controlled organic or wild cultivation: quinces, apple vinegar, water, cardamom, lemon peel, pepper, salt, sugar.
