Vacuum-sealed and sealed under a protective atmosphere (INDOSA pro-Vac).
Incl. plastic lid for easy resealing.

Shredded Spelt is coarsely crushed grain and contains all the components of the spelt grain.

Usage:

Shredded Spelt breads
as an additive for mixed breads
Shredded Spelt also tastes great as an addition to muesli.
